PARTY BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING & PACKAGES
Standard Packages
Minimum 10 / Maximum 25
All standard packages (except Slime Time as time does not allow for this) include a complimentary party plate signed by all guests. Standard packages do not include catering, but do include exclusive use of the studio.
Pottery Painting Party - £13.50 per head
(Choose from Princess & Pirate, Animals, Under the Sea, Mugs & Plates)
Build-A-Buddy Party - £24.00 per head
(Stuff a 16" teddy bear, fill out adoption certificate & design their own t-shirt)
Slime Time Party - £13.50 per head
(Create up to 3 pots of Slime - advised for age 6+)
Hen Parties
Minimum 10 / Maximum 35
Includes a complimentary plate signed by each guest for the Bride-to-be. Does not include catering, though you are welcome to bring your own. Exclusive use of the studio.
Pottery Painting - £15 per head
(1 mug to paint per guest)
CATERING
Standard Party Options
TPL's Children's Cold Buffet - £4 per head
Includes: ham/cheese sandwiches, selection of cakes & biscuits, fruit, hot dogs, crisps, juice
Own Food - £15 fee.
Please advise any additional dietary requirements along with your final numbers no less than 7 days before your party booking. We reserve the right to add a supplementary fee for anyone requiring special ingredients, as we will need to provide extra food to cater for their specific needs. If we do not receive notifications of specific food allergies or dietary requirements before the party, anyone with an allergy on the day may need to be excluded due to safety reasons. We do not cater for hen parties or adult group bookings.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Children's parties and hen parties are 1.5 hours long, which for Standard Children's parties is broken down into approx 1 hour activity, 30 mins food.
Min/Max number of guests advised above. If fewer guests attend, the minimum number is still payable.
Please provide accurate final numbers no less than 7 days before your party date.
If your party runs over due to no fault of our own, additional time charged at £15 for up to 30 mins.
Children aged 8+ may be left for the party duration. We do not guarantee seating for supervising adults.
Pots will be available to collect by the date specified during your party.
Due to the nature of the firing process, this date is subject to change.
Build-A-Buddys and Slime Pots are taken home on the day.
Please bring any decorations or table covers you require, we do not provide these.
Additionally for hen parties, you are welcome to bring along your own alcohol and catering. We charge a £15 clean up fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirmation for final numbers must be given no less than 7 days prior to party date.
This final number will be used to cater for your party and will be chargeable on the date of your party plus any additional guests. If less guests attend, this final number will still be payable.
Upon booking a non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your party slot. In the event of unforeseen circumstances including illness, which could result in you cancelling the party, we will endeavour to reschedule the birthday party for you within 2 weeks if availability allows and at least 7 days notice is provided. In the unlikely event TPL need to cancel, we will make every attempt to provide a suitable alternative or a full refund will be given.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Pottery Loft will not be held responsible for any personal loss, injury or damage to you or by you that may occur during your party, or within the soft play area. The soft play area MUST ONLY be used by children aged 4 & under. Our parties are hands on and all participants are expected to be aware and act appropriately. Parents/guardians are encouraged to assist younger children when required. The Pottery Loft maintains a current insurance policy with a UK registered company.
Paints used during pottery painting are none toxic and will not stain, however materials used during slime making may stain, so please wear old clothes, or bring along your own apron (we do not provide these).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please do not turn up for your party more than 15 minutes before the booked time.
You're welcome to bring along table cloths, balloons, and any themed party ware you'd like us to use for your party, however this is not required and we do not provide these.
Please be aware that the soft play is not available for children aged 5 and over and is unavailable for any age during slime parties (due to the materials used).
For pottery painting parties, the bookee will receive a text message once ALL party pots are completed, so they may all be collected together and distributed by you to your guests at your own convenience.

Other Bookings
General Venue Hire (No activity)
Exclusive use of the studio.
£135 per hour.
Corporate/Team Building Events

Three packages to choose from, optional catering.
Exclusive use of the studio. If we are visiting your venue, travel costs will apply.
£14 to £42.50 per head. £25 deposit to secure.
School/Groups (e.g. Brownies) Bookings
Minimum 10 / Maximum 35
Exclusive use of the studio. If we are visiting your venue, travel costs may apply.
Minimum price per head dependant on numbers and activity chosen. To be discussed and agreed via email prior to booking.

Exclusive Prosecco & Paint Evening
Minimum 10 / Maximum 30
Exclusive use of the studio.
Minimum spend per head will apply depending on numbers. Date and time to be agreed via email prior to booking. £25 deposit to secure.
Example: 2.5 hours studio use, minimum spend per head for 10 guests is £33.75, or 15 guests is £22.50.
Optional: Nibbles on the counter, but you are welcome to bring your own catering.
