COLLECTIONS
Please don't book a slot to collect unless you've received a text or email to say your items or online order are available for collection. Please ensure you include your order or booking number in your collection booking. Thank you!
If you've had your text to say your item(s) completed in the studio, or your email to say your order placed online, is ready to collect, this is where you can book your collection slot.
We use collection slots for a number of reasons:

You know we'll be in the studio for your collection

We know you're coming, so can prepare your items for you in advance

You won't be waiting around for a long time

It helps us track what has been picked up

You can also book to drop off any pottery you've completed at home (we can only fire pottery purchased from our studio & painted using our paints supplied), or to pick up a ceramic gift voucher.
