Service Description

If you have received a text to let you know your items are complete, online orders are ready to pick up, you'd like to collect a physical ceramic voucher, or drop off completed items for firing, please book a slot. Booking a slot allows us to ensure we are always in the studio for your booking, meaning you won't have any wasted journeys to pick up while we are closed, and we can then try our best to have your items ready for your visit, rather than have you waiting while we get them together for you. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A SLOT IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD YOUR ITEMS ARE READY. Please contact us if you're unsure if your items are ready. ** Advise order or booking number (shown on your text message or email) in the description box, or as much information (detailed description, contact number, dates) as possible to help us identify your item(s). If you are dropping off painted pottery for firing, please quote 'drop off'. ** If there are no suitable slots available, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an alternative time directly with you. If you are struggling to collect, we can post out at your own cost. Please contact us.
