Service Description

By selecting "Book a Table", you're booking to secure a table during one of our 2 hour sessions. You can use your table for pottery painting, prints on pottery, build-a-buddy, imprints, outprints, café and/or soft play. There is absolutely no pressure to do any particular activity on the day! We have lots of displays for inspiration & ideas, and we'd love to help you create the perfect keepsake or gift, or make some special memories together, in our bright, friendly studio! Our sessions run as follows: Upon arrival, we'll check your booking and invite you in. You will be shown where to choose your pottery from our fantastic range, and you can have a look around for ideas whilst deciding what you'd like to do. All customers will be set up with paints and tools, stuffing for buddies or sheets for commissioned prints, to get stuck in. Café orders will be taken & completed. Finally, we will assist with baby prints once the above has been completed, starting with those who do not require commission (so time allows to complete the painting themselves during the session). Imprints and outprints will be taken last and if time doesn't allow we will book you an exclusive appointment to return. By booking, you agree to the terms listed below: £5 BOOKING FEE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE booking fee & minimum spend and will be deducted from your bill upon your visit. We try to keep one table aside for drop ins, and one for larger groups (not guaranteed). Available tables may be less if we are running a session along side another bookable activity (i.e. Messy Makers or Read and Paint). Tables can seat up to 6 people, if you require more space please book additional tables. Sessions are up to 2 hours, with a 30 minute buffer for staff lunch and cleaning. Please advise in the text box how many people (including babies) will be attending with you. Staff will be available to assist with baby/children's prints at your request & time allowing. We accept both cash and card. There is also a cash machine located outside the studio. Soft play is STRICTLY available for use for children aged 4 years and under. No shows, less than 24 hours notice of non attendance or those who attend with too many people for the space & tables booked (resulting in us being unable to seat your party) will result in your deposit being lost. Should we need to contact you, we will do so using the phone number or email you leave with us.

Cancellation Policy

All booking deposits are non refundable and non transferable. We require 24 hours notice minimum to rearrange your table booking or 1-2-1 appointment. 48 hours notice is required for workshops/sessions with limited spaces.
